These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of kimfull.com and related content and services (the "Site") provided by KimFull ("KimFull", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Content on the Site, including the Frontier Decision Index, model rankings, estimates and analyses, is provided for general information. It is derived in part from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date. It does not constitute legal, financial or other professional advice, and decisions you make based on it are your own responsibility. Specific advice is provided only under a separate written agreement.

3. Third-party data and links

The Site references third-party benchmarks, products and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Mention of a third party does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, design, methodology and software are owned by KimFull and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for non-commercial purposes with attribution; other uses require our prior written permission.

Consulting, evaluation, and implementation services are governed by the separate agreement or statement of work entered into with each client, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KimFull shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

8. Changes

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect when posted, as indicated by the date above.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
